There was a martini that was super called the Rangatini. We have been trying to recreate the ingredients with no luck. Perhaps someone reading this will post the ingredients. It was a pleasure to welcome you in Hotel Kia Ora Resort & Spa. The bar is the best spot to admire sunset over the horizon! and they also serve amazing cocktails! For the cocktail, I am not sure if you're speaking about Honey Rangiroa Martini, which is a mix of vodka, malibu, Rangiroa honey & Tahitian vanilla!* Hope you can recreate it on your own, however it may not taste the same as the view and the touch of our barmaid is missing! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time with us. Aquarium snorkeling is offering a nice moment to discover fishes, especially since the underwater trail has been implemented by the city (some underwater signs with explanations about corals and fishes). Rangiroa has the chance to have the one and only grapes growing on a coral soil and getting wine made. The wine cellar is opened for visits. Star gazing is great as you mentioned due to small or nill light pollution. Looking forward to welcoming you back! We are glad to hear that despite an unexpected start to your stay, you had a pleasant time and enjoyed the beauty of the island. Overwater villas are unique and offering a peaceful experience. Sunset from the bar is one of the best, if note the best view of sunset on the island. Your comments have been forwarded to our Restaurant managers to follow up on courtesy with the team.
